This is what we all want...a place to bitch about our horrible customers as well as give credit to the great ones.
A few simple rules, if you please.
1) No identifying details. This means do not use full names (first name is ok), city, etc. If you don't like to wait on this person then I certainly do not want the psycho sending me hate mail.
2) Flaming these twits is fine as long as you follow rule #1.

Hello, I am 23 yeard old bartender in one of the not very successful lounges. I have been working there about 6 month. Everything was fine unil yesterday night. A guy, who I saw couple times came over, sit at the bar and ordered bottle of beer, than second, than he asked for check, paid but remained at the bar. In a few minutes he orderd one more bottle of beer, I opend it and placed in front of him, saying: 'that is $6 dollars', he said he doesn't have any money to pay, so I said that I don't give anything for free and took the bottle back to refrigerator. And here we go, he started to scream, calling me "f...ing bitch"and so on. He threated to "f...k me over next time he'll see me" and many other things, finally he called my manager and the whole story ended by giving him free drinks on house. He was still there when my shift was over and still cursing me with all the possible word, I can't even say. I was so scared to go out, so I asked a co-worker form the kitchen to walk me to the cab.........I feel hurt.
How sould I react when the situations, like that happen?
