First, your Subject should be concise. Always put location first, then job title

Example:

Northern Kentucky - F/T, P/T Bartenders needed

In your Message, state the requirements.

Example:

Trendy midtown nightclub needs full and part time bartenders for all shifts. Applicants must have a minimum of 1 year bartending experience and a current bartender training certificate. Applicants must be 21 years of age or older.

Wage starting at $7/hour plus tips depending on experience. Will start approximately March 1st.
